Who We Are

Our program consists of a strong grammatical foundation, an emphasis in conversation, integrating the use of technology as well as lessons in Spanish culture. We reveal the logic and structure of the language and emphasize precision of pronunciation from the outset. In addition to the founder, our staff is composed of native Spanish speakers, with a combined 50 years of experience.

Our History

Since 2005 we have celebrated valued relationships with children and parents as well as important partnerships with leading civic organizations and school districts in Phoenix. We have been featured in The Arizona Republic, Foothills Living, the Ahwatukee Foothills News and others. But our school grew out of a simple idea: The founder wanted to share with her own children, Alex and Cici, the Spanish language she so loves.

Janet Parker Collins

Director & Founder

Janet Parker Collins received a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University and completed the master’s program in Spanish at the University of North Texas. Before coming to Arizona, she spent 15 years working with the Spanish-speaking community and had extensive experience working with children. She has resided in Arizona since 2002.
